Naturally Rewarded Loyalty ProgramÂ
1. Introduction
Our Naturally Rewarded, loyalty points program is designed to provide our valued customers with incentives and benefits for their continued patronage. This policy outlines the rules, terms, and restrictions governing the program to ensure fairness and transparency.
2. Eligibility
To participate in our Naturally Rewarded Program, customers must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3. Earning Points

4. Point Accumulation
The accumulation of loyalty points is subject to the following restrictions:
a. Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

c. Points earned through fraudulent activities or violations of the terms and conditions will be forfeited.
d. Points expire after 24Â months of inactivity.
5. Redemption of Points
Customers may redeem their loyalty points based on the following guidelines:
a. Points can be redeemed for discounts, promotional items, or exclusive offers as specified in the rewards tab/widget located on the website.
b. Redemption requests must be made through the customer's registered account.
c. Customers may redeem only one reward per order.
d. Redemption may be subject to availability and restrictions on specific items or services.
e. Points cannot be used to cover shipping or tax costs.
6. Restrictions
In addition to the above guidelines, the following restrictions apply to our Naturally Rewarded Program:
a. Customers are not allowed to create multiple accounts to accumulate points.
b. Abuse, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of the program will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all points.
c. Points may not be earned on purchases made with gift cards, returned items, or on taxes and shipping fees.
d. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at our discretion without prior notice.
e. We may change the point values for redemption at any time.
f. Points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise specified.
